As we are well into the Fall season, its time to bring out the sweaters. I previously was not really much into sweaters as I prefer the summer months when I can wear light clothing. However over the past few years sweaters have gown on me as I have been able to find cute pieces to style to my liking. Happy New Month! September Orange Feature of the Month

We are officially in September!

Although most see this as meaning summer is now over, I don't! Yes, Labour Day has passed and many are returning back to school, but the weather is still nice and warm so there is still more time to enjoy.

This summer has been quite a busy one, with many travels and so many events attended. Therefore, while I can still enjoy the warm weather, I am glad I can look forward to a bit more down time this month to relax and recuperate from all my summer fun...

Primark is the UK plug!! 

As you know, I just came back form London, and of course y'all know I had to hit up my favourite store in the Primark! This store never lets me down! Whenever I am in London it is a must for me to shop at Primark and I always leave with fab fashion finds for such a cheap price. Although this time around the Canadian exchange rate was HORRIBLE, the conversion price of the items I got were still a great price. It was also worth it since I was able to get items that I probably wouldn't find in Canada or in the colour I wanted for the same cheap price. I will definitely be sharing a complete look at my Primark shopping haul soon on the blog so stay tuned!

I'm back again with another #OOTD look this week. During the winter months, the main priority for most is staying warm, therefore being stylish may be put on the back burner. Well, at least that is sometimes the case for me since winter is my least favourite season. Hello all my Afrofusioners! Hope everyone had a great weekend.

This past week I had a bit of a black and white stripes theme with my outfits. Stripes are one of this things that some people find hard to wear as it can sometimes not be too flattering. Some say stay away from horizontal strips, other say stay away from vertical strips. However, that does not mean that you should always shy away from it. Strips are great when worn the right way for your body.

For some reason, this week I was in the mood for some stripes, therefore I rocked it in 2 different styles.

As we transition from Winter to Spring, it is also time to switch up our wardrobe for the new season. However, don't pull out all you short spring dresses just yet! It can still be a bit chilly during the beginning of Spring, therefore one should keep light knits and long sleeve pieces in their Spring wardrobe for now.

My OOTD looks of this week follow this idea, as I've included light knit long sleeve tops paired with a skirt.
