The weather is getting warmer so its time to start to bring out your spring wear. That means, put away your sweaters and bring out your T-shirts! We all have those days were we just wanna throw on a t-shirt and go out, however sometimes its fun to dress up that same t-shirt into a cute outfit. Therefore, this past week for my #OOTD looks, I showcased 3 ways to dress up your t-shirts into cute styles for the Spring. In addition, I featured 3 local fashion brands with each look.

My first T-shirt look feature the Clutch Life 85 T-shirt brand. To dress it up I paired it with a coloured pencil skirt with the t-shirt tucked in, and added a gold chain tasseled waist belt. These two items work well in dressing out your t-shirt. Finish it off with a pair of heels and gold accessories and now you are good to go. Now I can rep my city and country in style!

Next up is this t-shirt from the Get Fresh Company, an urban streetwear brand offering high-end urban fashions. Their signature Box Logo Tee (comes in multiple colours) which includes the the brands name and address is a long tee, therefore I have worn it here as a short dress. Men's t-shirts that are longer in length can also work as a t-shirt dress. To further dress it up, I have added an edgy pair of studded open toe booties and gunmetal toned jewelry. Now I'm ready for a night out to turn up! So, if you are looking for a fresh urban t-shirt dress style to wear for a night out, this look would work well.

Pheo Couture

For my last look I'm rocking this custom African print t-shirt by by African menswear designer Pheo Couture. To dress up this shirt, I have again added a pencil skirt and waist belt, however this time I have work the t-shirt over the skirt. In addition, I have worn the waist belt over the the t-shirt to give it shape. Thus, this is a great alternative to a tucked in shirt, while still maintaining a dressy look. To complete the look, I have added a cute pair of camel booties and gold jewelry.
