Out of the many glam looks that came down the red carpet, two in particular stood out to me. They both are very bold ball gown looks with a lot of intricate details worn by Ghanaian Actress Nana Akau Addo and Nigerian musician Toni Tones.

Nana Akua Addo
Nana is in a couture gold gown by Filipino designer Leo Almodal, adorned with Swarovski crystals, rosde petal embellishments and a dramatic pleated skirt. Talk about Bling Bling!
Toni Tones
Toni Tones is in a purple ball gown by Nigerian designer Yemi Shoyemi, with a sweetheart neckline and tiny tulle ruffled details on the skirt bottom. With all the intricate ruffled details, the designer has said that it took 4 months four the dress to be completed.
I'm not so much a fan of ball gowns, however do find that both dresses have some really nice design elements. I really like the top of both dresses and am feelin' the drama of the bottom, however, I'm still on the fence about each complete looks. They both definitely stood out and slayed the red carpet though!
