Now, whenever I travel, I like to pack a good variety of day and nighttime looks. This usually leads to me over packing lol. However, during my last few trips, I've been trying to plan my outfit in advance to prevent this. Though I still include a few options, planning my outfits have definitely helped. It usually takes me hours and hours to pack. I've gone on trips where is literally took me the whole day just to pick outfits to pack into one suitcase! Therefore, I have also found that having a colour scheme for my vacation outfits helps so that I don't have to go through my whole closet, rather I would only look for items within my colour scheme.
Tip: When packing for your vacation, try to pre-plan your outfits for each day and also try choosing a colour schemes. This makes it a bit easier for you to search and choose outfits in your closet.
For this trip, I used a mixture of both methods. I planned a few outfits and also chose a colour scheme. My theme for this trip was orange (of course!), black and blue. I ended up adding a few pieces outside of this colour scheme, however, these were mainly new clothes I had just purchase for this trip before I had decided on this colour scheme. I did a lot of online shopping before this trip, so I had to fit these new pieces into my packing.

For the most part, I dress pretty causal for my flights, however from time to time depending on the destination I try to dress a bit cute. As I was going to London, I wanted to look a bit presentable upon my arrival, therefore I decided to go for a casual chic look. This was also due to the fact that I wanted to bring my wide brimmed had with me as I felt it exuded a bit of the London swagg so I had to wear a cute top to go along with it lol.

I also switched up my hairstyle during this trip, as I alternated between long black curls and a shorter straight blonde ombre style. Since it was a milestone birthday, I decided I wanted to try something new and outside of my comfort zone with the use of the blonde hair. In the end, I actually really liked it and think I'll try it more often.
